Stay on T.R.A.C.K. Center

All new students on the Bainbridge, Moultrie, Thomasville, and Tifton campuses are advised and registered for their first term in the Stay on T.R.A.C.K. Center. Returning students should contact your Academic Advisor for assistance with advisement and registration.

Fall Registration appointments are now available for booking! To ensure a smooth registration process, we encourage NEW students to schedule an appointment before classes begin on August 18, 2026. Please note that all appointments are face-to-face meetings on the selected campus.

Open Registration Days No Appointment Required
All students will be served on a first-come, first-served basis on the following designated registration days:

  • Thursday, June 25, 2026
  • Thursday, July 23, 2026
  • Thursday, August 13, 2026

Walk-in Registration
Students will be served on a walk-in basis from August 13 to August 24. Keep in mind that classes will be in session beginning August 18.


Why Schedule a Stay on T.R.A.C.K. Appointment?

A Stay on T.R.A.C.K. appointment provides a one-on-one orientation to ensure students have all the resources for a successful start. The Center will:

  • Assist students with the registration process
  • Connect students with their program advisor
  • Help students navigate college resources

Stay on T.R.A.C.K. Center Locations

  • In Thomasville, the Stay on T.R.A.C.K. Center is located in room 132 in the A building.
  • In Moultrie, the Stay on T.R.A.C.K. Center is located upstairs in room 225 in the A building.
  • In Tifton, the Stay on T.R.A.C.K. Center is located in room 130 (Student Success Center).
  • In Bainbridge, the Stay on T.R.A.C.K. Center is located in Building 600 A, Room 644.

Planning to start in the Spring? SRTC is currently registering students for Fall Semester. Spring 2027 registration appointments will open in September. Students should check back then to book their Stay on TRACK appointment!

The Stay on T.R.A.C.K. center is the place where students can receive academic assistance with specific classes or programs of study. The center provides access to direct one-on-one personal tutoring, video presentations, and computer-based learning programs to promote student success at the College. The best part is that this is a free service provided to SRTC students.
