Financial Aid Refunds
Most financial aid refunds will be released by the end of the fourth week of the term. Due to LPN course scheduling, refunds for LPN students may be processed at a later date.
If you receive a Pell refund but withdraw or stop participating before the 60% point of the term, you will owe funds back to SRTC and be unable to re-enroll until your balance is cleared.
Direct deposit requests must be completed on Bannerweb inside your MySRTC portal by the end of the third week of the term.
NEVER enter sensitive information by an email or text link! ALWAYS log in to an official website or portal to submit personal data.
Paper checks will be mailed to the address on file of students with no banking information. To update your address, visit Change of Information/Major | Southern Regional Technical College.
