Change of Major

Students may visit Ellucian Experience to submit a Change of Major Form to update their major for the upcoming term. Students can access Ellucian Experience by logging into MySRTC.

It is recommended that students meet with an Advisor and Financial Aid before submitting a Change of Major Form. Changing a major may result in a tuition/fee balance or financial aid award amount changing.

Program change periods:

Spring Semester 2027: October 26, 2026 – January 19, 2027

Summer Semester 2027: March 29, 2027 – May 25, 2027

Fall Semester 2026: June 22, 2026 – August 18, 2026

Students wishing to update their major outside of this time period will need to submit a new application by clicking this link: Submit an Application

Please allow 1 business day of processing time for each submission. Students should receive an email when their Change of Major Form has been processed. Any course not in their new major will be removed.
